Payment

  • Payment authorization is required at booking to secure your appointment
  • Final charges are processed after service completion and confirmation
  • Additional charges may apply if work scope changes are approved on-site
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe

Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel your booking anytime before work begins at no charge
  • Cancellations after work has started are subject to charges for completed work
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Emergency cancellations due to weather or safety concerns may be rescheduled without penalty

7. Limitations and Disclaimers

Service Limitations

SendAHandyman does not provide:

  • Major electrical work requiring permits or rewiring
  • Plumbing work beyond simple fixture replacements
  • Structural modifications or load-bearing work
  • Roofing, HVAC installation, or other specialized trades
  • Emergency services outside normal business hours

Warranty and Liability

  • We provide a 30-day warranty on workmanship for completed services
  • Warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear, misuse, or external factors
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the original service
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or hidden damage
