We offer a wide range of handyman services including light plumbing (faucets, toilets), electrical work (outlets, switches), TV mounting, furniture assembly, painting, general repairs, ceiling fan installation, and curtain rod/blind mounting. We serve Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties.
How does the AI photo analysis work?
Upload photos of your repair issue and our AI analyzes them to identify the problem, recommend the best service, estimate costs, and assess urgency. This helps us provide accurate quotes and dispatch the right technician with proper tools and parts.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties in South Florida. This includes cities like Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Hollywood, Coral Springs, Plantation, Aventura, and surrounding areas.
Booking & Scheduling
Can I book same-day service?
To ensure proper scheduling with our handymen, we require bookings to be made at least one day in advance. You can book for tomorrow onwards with available time slots: 8AM-12PM, 12PM-4PM, and 4PM-8PM.
What time slots are available?
We offer three convenient time blocks: 8AM-12PM (morning), 12PM-4PM (afternoon), and 4PM-8PM (evening). Weekend availability may be limited, and Saturday services include a premium charge.
Do you work on weekends?
Saturday services are available with a 30% premium charge and limited to 8AM-12PM slots only. We do not provide services on Sundays. Future weekday bookings receive a 10% discount.
Pricing
How is pricing calculated?
Our base rate is $80/hour. Pricing varies based on timing: future bookings get 10% discount, next-day service has 20% premium, same-day current block has 30% premium, and evening slots (4PM-8PM) include 35% premium. All pricing is transparent and shown upfront.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees! All costs including labor, time-based premiums, and any applicable discounts are clearly displayed before you book. Materials and parts are charged separately at cost if needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payments through our platform. Payment is processed securely after service completion.
Service Quality
Are your handymen vetted and insured?
Yes! All our handymen are background-checked, vetted professionals with proven experience. They carry insurance and are equipped with the necessary tools and expertise for quality work.
What if I'm not satisfied with the work?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with the work, contact us immediately and we'll work to resolve any issues or arrange for corrections at no additional charge.
How do I prepare for the handyman's visit?
Clear the work area of personal items, ensure easy access to the repair location, and have any specific materials ready if discussed beforehand. Our technician will bring standard tools and common parts.
